Canvas and navigation
An infinite board on dot-grid paper. Move around it the way your hands already expect.
- Pan with the hand tool, space and drag, the middle mouse button or a trackpad
- Zoom with ctrl or cmd and the scroll wheel, a pinch, or the zoom buttons
- Zoom to fit the whole board, or jump back to 100%
Board objects
The building blocks of every workshop board.
- Sticky notes in eight colours
- Rectangle, rounded rectangle, ellipse, diamond and triangle
- Free text with font size and colour
- Straight or elbow connectors with arrowheads, attached to objects and following them
- Freehand pen
- Titled frames that carry everything inside them when you move them
Editing
Fast editing for people who live on a board all day.
- Click, shift-click or drag a marquee to select
- Move, resize and edit text in place
- Change colour, font size and stroke
- Duplicate, copy and paste
- Bring to front, send to back and lock
- Undo, redo and keyboard shortcuts for every tool
Real-time collaboration
Work on the same board at the same time, from anywhere with a browser.
- Live cursors and a list of who is on the board
- Changes sync about once a second while the board is open
- Each object saves on its own, so people editing different notes never overwrite each other
- Comment threads pinned to a spot on the board, with resolve
Saving and export
Your work is saved as you go and leaves the app when you need it to.
- Autosave after every change
- Export the whole board or a selection
- PNG for slides and chat, SVG for anything that needs to scale
AI
A first draft from one sentence, and help tidying a busy board.
