After a brainstorm the board is full and nobody wants to sort it. Select the notes and let the AI do the first pass.

Why the drafts never come out as a pile
Language models are bad at placing things on a canvas. So Prompt Board never asks them to.

One sentence, or a short paragraph with the details that matter: who it is for, which sections, what to leave out.

Claude, by Anthropic, decides the content. For a board that means sections and the notes in each. For a diagram it means steps and the links between them.

Prompt tips
Four habits that make the first draft usable
Name the format
"Retro", "journey map" or "flowchart" tells the AI the shape before the content.
Name the sections
If you want Went well, To improve and Actions, say so. Otherwise the AI picks its own.
Use real nouns
"Our checkout on mobile" gets better notes than "the product".
Ask for less
Three to five sections read better than ten. You can always generate more.
