Study plan template
Exam topics spread across weeks with review sessions, for students or a study group.
What it is
A study plan spreads the topics for an exam across the weeks you have left, with practice and review time in each week. Seeing it all on one board tells you early whether the time is enough.
When to use it
- Four to eight weeks before an exam
- For a study group that meets every week
- When you have several exams and need to split your time between them
How to run it
- 01
List the topics
Write every exam topic on its own note. Check the syllabus or past papers so nothing is missing.
- 02
Spread them across weeks
Put the hardest topics early and keep the last week for review and a mock exam.
- 03
Add practice and sessions
For each week, add the exercises or past papers and the times your study group meets.
- 04
Track as you go
Change a note's colour when a topic is done. If something slips, move it and see what it pushes out.
