Meetings
Meeting agenda template
Agenda items with time boxes, then notes, decisions and action items in one place.
What it is
A meeting agenda lists the topics for a meeting and how long each one gets. This board keeps the agenda, the notes, the decisions and the action items side by side, so the record of the meeting is ready the moment it ends.
When to use it
- For weekly team or product meetings that keep running over
- When decisions get made in meetings and forgotten a week later
- To share notes with people who could not attend
How to run it
- 01
Time-box the agenda
List each topic with its minutes, like "15 min: beta feedback". Send the board link a day before.
- 02
Take notes on the board
One person writes in the Notes frame while the others talk. Everyone sees what gets written down.
- 03
Write decisions on their own
When the group agrees on something, put it in Decisions as one sentence. This is the frame people read later.
- 04
End with owners
Keep the last five minutes for Action items. Each one gets a name and a date. Then share the link.
